Donald Trump told reporters that he doesn’t know Prince Andrew. There are plenty of photos that prove otherwise.
Reporters spoke with the President on Tuesday morning as he was in the UK to attend the NATO summit. When asked about Prince Andrew’s decision to remove himself from public life after sexual assault accusations surfaced, Trump responded:
“I don’t know Prince Andrew, but it’s a tough story, it’s a very tough story.”
Trump has met the royal on several occasions including on his last visit to London in June.

There are also pictures of Trump and Melania partying in Florida with Prince Andrew—along with Jeffrey Epstein—from the early 2000s.

Not knowing Prince Andrew sounds similar to how he also didn’t know Giuliani’s Ukrainian associates. The President apparently makes it a habit to forget that he knows people when the association is inconvenient for him.
